Authentic + Real

I help curate experiences for my couples that feel true to them and highlight their energy together. I’ve developed a shooting and editing style that is true-to-life and timeless, so when you look at your photographs years from now, you’ll still be able to recognize this time in your lives.

Intentional + Mindful

From your engagement session to the big day, we’ll work together to create experiences that resonate with you as a couple. We’ll schedule several consultations, either in-person or online, to crafting a timeline for your celebration that won’t feel rushed, jammed packed, or disruptive to what’s really important: you marrying the person who makes your soul sing.

Vibrant + Playful

It’s easy to get caught up in the stress of the planning process. My goal is to guide you in the play of it all and to help you steep in this all-too-short moment in your lives. Let me handle the logistics - from helping you in your vendor search to mapping out the key events. Through it all, we’re going to have a friggin’ blast.

Questions? I Have Answers:

  • My style is a balance between being an observer and capturing people and moments as they really are and offering guidance and support when needed (like during portraits).

Your wedding day is not a photo shoot and it’s not a portfolio builder. It’s a day to celebrate your love with the people who are dearest to you. I’m there to witness and document it all as it really is.

  • Your photographs exist to transport you back to your wedding day. I want your photos to feel familiar and clean and fresh, even when their fifty years old. For me this means one thing: avoiding trends. For the last ten years, I’ve edited true-to-life in terms of color. Regardless of what the algorithm is saying, my editing style doesn’t change.

  • I wouldn’t have it any other way! Deciding who is going to create photographs of one of the most momentous days of your life is a big deal! Of course you should love their work, but you should like the artist, too! Your photographer is going to spend more time with you on your wedding day than any other vendor.

So, yes! Let’s meet - either in-person at your favorite hang or via a video call.

  • This question is maybe one of the most important. I take protecting my clients’ photographs (i.e. their memories) very seriously.

Here are the steps I take to ensure images are never lost:

    1. Each camera I use has two memory card slots. The first memory card saves the original file and the second memory card saves an immediate backup of each image. Should a memory card corrupt, there’s a duplicate.

    2. As soon as I get home from a wedding, I back your images up on two external hard drives and the Cloud.

    3. I keep one set of memory cards from your wedding day tucked aside until your gallery is delivered. Only then do the cards get re-formatted for use.

  • I use an online gallery platform - Pixieset. You’ll receive a downloadable gallery with all of your edited images.

These are your images for personal use, so feel free to share your gallery with your loved ones. There’s no limit on the number of times a gallery can be downloaded or who can download it.

You can purchase prints, canvases, and other wall art directly from your gallery.

Your gallery will be active until at least your first anniversary.
